The lineup has been announced for the 58th annual Rend Lake Days-Sesser Homecoming, to be held June 12 through 15 at Miners Memorial Park.
Admission is free for the four-day event.
Johnny Lee will be the featured performer at 8 p.m. Saturday, June 15, prior to the crowning of Sesser Homecoming queen, princess and prince.
The Salty Dogs will kick off the event at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 12. The celebration officially gets underway with the opening of the J&J Magic Midway and Rides, along with the concessions stand, at 6 p.m.
Sesser Homecoming's famous roasted corn will be for sale on Thursday, June 13. Once again, the midway opens at 6 p.m., and that night's featured performer will be We Got You Covered playing at 7:30 p.m.
An overload horse pulling contest is set for 5 p.m. Friday, June 14. The midway opens at 6 p.m., and Gene Watson will perform at 8 p.m.
A slate full of events begins Saturday with a 5K Fun Run & Walk at 8 a.m. Registration for the 50th annual Car Show begins at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 1:30 p.m., followed by judging.
The annual Sesser Homecoming parade begins at 4 p.m.
Midway rides begin at 5 p.m. Saturday; Wrist Band Nights for $15 are planned for all four nights of the event.
Following Lee's show, coronation of the queen, princess and prince takes place at 10 p.m. At 11 p.m., a drawing will be held for a free trip for two for a week in Hawaii.
