The Relay For Life of Franklin County Committee would like to remind those wishing to nominate their cancer survivor or caregiver for the title of Honorary Cancer Survivor or Caregiver of the Year, that the deadline is coming up soon, Wednesday, March 17th, to submit your letter of nomination.
Nomination forms are still available at various sites throughout Franklin County. Please check your local library, Chamber of Commerce, WF City Hall, local pharmacies, medical clinics, convenience stores, etc. to pick up your form or contact Sherri at 937-1275 or Sandy at 932-2742 to obtain a nomination form. Last year's Honorary Survivors included Chance Hasty & Tyler Jones of Thompsonville and Tom Little of West Frankfort.
